With two decades of world-class construction management experience, Farid has led complex industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Southern California. As a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE), he brings expertise in construction management, preconstruction, cost estimating, project controls, and owner representation. His hands-on approach and deep industry relationships set the standard for everything Empower Management Group delivers.

Sophie is an architect and seasoned project management professional with over 15 years of experience bringing projects from concept to completion. She excels at coordinating design teams, navigating project challenges, and keeping clients’ visions at the center of every decision. Her thoughtful leadership, creative problem-solving, and commitment to quality make her an integral part of Empower Management Group.
